Is time going by too fast & you want to slow things down? Do you want to give yourself the time to take in all that is going on? Do you want to savor it all before it changes & it is gone? How about your center, where is it now? Do you need to find it back?
Breathe in, breathe out. Slowly, deeply, profoundly.
You don't need to feel calm to become calm. You don't need to control yourself to become in control – you just need to control your breath.
Time will slow down, your thoughts will catch up.
You will be more present. More attentive. More grounded.
Remember to breathe & things will become possible again. Feasible again. Hope will shine through your heart. Anything will become possible really. Because you'll have bent time to your speed. You're in control.
So.. breathe in, breathe out. As many times as you need. And things will be better.
